Minnesota financial group invests in North Dakota oil patch
STANLEY, N.D. — A Minnesota financial group plans to build about $150 million worth of commercial and residential projects in the western North Dakota oil patch.
Minnetonka, Minn.-based Oppidan broke ground Wednesday for projects in Stanley and Tioga. Other projects are planned or under way in Watford City, Minot, Dickinson and Williston.
The projects will include apartments, businesses and a hotel.
